Luka Modrić is set to join AC Milan within the next 24 hours. The Rossoneri will offer him a 1+1 contract with an annual salary of €3.5 million.
The 39-year-old midfielder joined Real Madrid in 2012 and during his 13-year spell at the Santiago Bernabéu, he won six Champions League titles.
Despite approaching his 40th birthday, Modrić produced another stellar campaign last season, making 54 appearances for Real Madrid, scoring four goals and providing nine assists.
