Official: Napoli Signs Man Utd Striker Hojlund on Loan with Obligation to Buy

Napoli has officially announced that Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund has joined the club on loan.

The transfer fee for Hojlund includes a €6 million loan fee and a €44 million mandatory purchase fee (to be triggered upon the fulfillment of specified conditions). If Napoli successfully completes the purchase of Hojlund, the club has further added a release clause of over €80 million to the contract.

SSC Napoli announces that Rasmus Hojlund is joining Napoli from Manchester United Football Club on loan with an obligation to buy.

Born on 4 February 2003, the Danish footballer came through the youth teams of Brondby, Holbaek and FC Copenhagen.

After playing for Stum Graz for one year, Rasmus joined Atalanta in August 2022, where he collected 34 appearances and scored 10 goals. The following season he joined Manchester United, where he scored 26 goals and collected 95 appearances. He has scored eight goals in 26 appearances for the Danish national team.
