In the 5th round of the Bundesliga, during Bayern Munich’s home match against Werder Bremen, Harry Kane scored in the 65th minute to help Bayern take a 3-0 lead.
This match marked Kane’s 104th appearance for Bayern Munich across all competitions since joining the club. Prior to this game, he had already scored 98 goals in his previous 103 matches, and with this goal, he officially reached the milestone of 100 goals in his Bayern career.
As a result, Kane has become the fastest player in the 21st century to score 100 goals for a single team in Europe’s top-five leagues. The previous record holders were Cristiano Ronaldo (with Real Madrid) and Erling Haaland (with Manchester City), both of whom took 105 games to reach the 100-goal mark.
